Cheers Peppers and loyal followers and new followers. It’s day 4 of Nano Poblano. Today’s post is about one of my favorite things. Camping, camping, camping.
We were recently able to upgrade from a pop up tent trailer to a regular travel trailer. The benefits of this are many, and the joys of a travel trailer are too numerous to count. 🙂 Don’t get me wrong the tent trailer was a lot of fun too and definitely served it’s purpose. Lots of great memories were had. We’re on to new memories now.

We took our maiden voyage to our favorite camping spot Lake Casitas, just to get our feet wet. Then we went again the very next weekend. We plan to make many fun trips and broaden our camping adventures. It was a very relaxing couple of weekends that provided some much needed rejuvenation. We played fun camping games.

We ate wonderful camping food.

We drank celebratory Chardonnay for our 15th Anniversary

We howled at the spooky moon on Halloween.

And our dog got spoiled rotten and didn’t have to eat dog food the whole weekend.

Now it’s back to the grind for a bit, but soon we will be off to a new adventure who knows where. So what about you? What are some of your favorite things to do? Have you realized any new dreams lately?
15th anniversary! How wonderful. Blessings and love to you both. I’m glad you celebrated with clear skies and pretty colors. ❤

I sort of envy you. I never grew up camping. My folks were not campers at all. Mom always said it was too much work so when it was vacation time she wanted to be able to relax. I agree that camping can be a lot of work but it can also be lots of fun esp if you love the ooutdoors like you girls do. I can’t remember the last time I went camping, they were far and few. I do love taking trips though and staying busy, sports events, fairs, concerts, plays etc. Enjoy your new toy girls, she is a beauty.

Oh we will sweet Cindy no worry about that. I did not do a lot as a kid either. Never went tent camping until I was an adult and through parks and rec. My mom wasn’t into the work part of it either. My parents had a motorhome for a bit. That was it for family trips as a kid and there were only a few.
