Symphony Alive
Morning light sparkles on
the bubbling current.
Birds tweet, ducks quack
Unseen excitement darts to and fro
in nature’s soft carpet.
The wind sings a powerful soothing melody
as it caresses leaves rustling with enthusiasm
I breathe in deeply
and offer a contented grateful smile
It’s good to be alive!

Dani, this remindes me of the little bird that gave a captive hostage the will to live. You capture the simple beauty.
Funny to see a captain crunch ad on this page though. LOL!

LOL I guess ads appear unless you pay for the upgraded membership. I think the simple beauty is what matters. π thank you for visiting Miss Renee. π

Much nicer than your poetry about the male wolves out there…although that, even could be justified. Willing to become one of “my” poetic redheads? π
